Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important at To the Root of It LLC and are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, I ask for a 24 hour notice in advance. Please understand if you cancel or forget about your appointment without a 24 hour notice, I miss the opportunity to fill your reserved slot. I understand that emergencies happen and things come up in life, so the first time will be waived. After the first no show you will be responsible for paying 100% of your service fee if cancelled without a 24 hour notice. Clients that fail to come to their appointment will be charged a no-show fee which is 100% cost of scheduled service as well. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more I will do my best to accommodate you. However, you may be asked to reschedule and be charged a 50% fee of the services.
